announcements issued on 2 October 2003, 13 November 2003, 24 December 2003, 20
February 2004 and 2 March 2004, Primedia"s negotiations relating to the
acquisition of certain of the media assets of New Africa Investments Limited,
are ongoing.Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
