APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ellerines is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Sandile
Zungu as an Independent Non-executive director with effect from
13 April 2004.
Mr Zungu is chairman of state arms manufacturer Denel, non-
executive chairman of both BJM Holdings Limited and of Africa
Vanguard Holdings and is a non-executive director of Edgars
Consolidated Stores Limited and of Metropolitan Holdings Limited.
He has a BSc(Mech Eng)and an MBA from UCT and is a past winner of
BusinessMap"s Dealmaker of the Year award.
