RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcements dated 27 January 2004 and 5 March 2004 shareholders
are advised that discussions are still taking place, which may have an effect on
the price of the company"s shares.
Shareholders are furthermore advised that these discussions are likely to
continue until the end of June 2004. Accordingly shareholders are advised to
continue exercising caution when dealing in the company"s shares. A further
announcement will be made on 30 June 2004 or earlier, if appropriate.
