The JSE Securities Exchange South Africa ("the JSE") wishes to advise that the
audit opinion on Diamcor"s annual financial statements for the years ended 30
June 2002 and 2003, Hercol"s annual financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2003 and ERM"s annual financial statements for the year ended 29
February 2004 contain an emphasis of matter. Shareholders are advised to refer
to the financial statements to ascertain the exact nature of the modifications.
Accordingly, the companies" listing on the JSE SETS system will be annotated
with an "E" to indicate the emphasis of matter. The companies" annotation will
be removed when the companies produce an unmodified audit opinion.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
