Further to the announcement released on SENS on 9 March 2004 regarding the
agreement with SA Chrome and Xstrata South Africa (Proprietary) Limited to
establish a shared venture and the restructuring of the SA Chrome board,
shareholders are advised that Amritha Mahendranath has been appointed as the
Company Secretary of SA Chrome with effect from 1 April 2004.
