REPORT BACK ON SUBMISSION OF INTERIM RESULTS
The JSE Securities Exchange South Africa (JSE) published an announcement on
Monday, 19 April 2004, stating that CSH did not submit its 2003 interim results
within the specified three-month period.
The board of directors of CSH wishes to advise shareholders that the delay was
due to the finalisation of additional information regarding the restated
comparative 2002 interim results, which was discussed with the Companys Sponsor
and the JSE Listings Division at the time.
Shareholders are advised that, as planned, a detailed interim results statement
has been delivered to the JSE. The interim results will be distributed to
shareholders on Thursday, 22 April 2004.
Accordingly, the JSE has removed the RE annotation of CSH on the JSE SETS
system with immediate effect.
