FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 17 November 2003, 17 December
2003, 28 January 2004 and 11 March 2004, relating to the offer by Business
Venture Investments No. 790 (Proprietary) Limited ("BIDCO") to acquire all of
the issued share capital of Afrox Healthcare Limited, holders of ordinary and
"N" ordinary Brimstone shares ("shareholders") are advised that discussions
are still in progress regarding Brimstone"s participation in BIDCO as well as
the acquisition of certain hospitals by Medi-Clinic Corporation Limited from
BIDCO. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company"s securities until a further announcement is made.
