The board of directors of the company advises that, at the Annual General
Meeting of shareholders held today, all the resolutions set out in the notice of
annual general meeting contained in the company"s 2003 annual report were duly
passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolutions will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies in due
course.
