BEE TRANSACTION BY WAY OF ISSUE OF SHARES FOR CASH: RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcement published in the press on 26 February 2004, PSG
Capital Limited is authorised to announce that at the general meeting of PSG
Group shareholders held on Thursday, 22 April 2004, the required ordinary
resolutions were passed to authorise the issue of shares for cash to Arch Equity
(Proprietary) Limited.
The JSE Securities Exchange South Africa has agreed to the amendment of PSG
Group"s listing to take account of the 10 000 000 PSG Group ordinary shares,
with effect from Monday, 17 May 2004.
