December 2003 ("provisional results") published on the Securities Exchange News
Service on 9 March 2004, shareholders are advised that the GRCR annual report
for the year ended 31 December 2003 was posted today and contains no material
differences to the information presented in the provisional results.
Information regarding the annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of GRCR will be held at
10h00 on Thursday, 20 May 2004 at Gold Reef City, Gate 4 Northern Parkway,
Ormonde, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
