AWARD OF 5-YEAR INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURING CONTRACT AND WITHDRAWAL OF RELATED
CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
In a cautionary announcement dated 23 February 2004, shareholders were informed
that, subject to a formal agreement being finalised, Beige had been notified of
its successful tendering for a substantial international manufacturing contract,
which should result in Beige"s turnover increasing by more than 30% in the
forthcoming financial year.
Shareholders are advised that the formal agreement with Tura International LLC
in Dubai has now been signed and manufacturing has commenced in April 2004. The
manufacturing contract will run for a period of 5 years.
Shareholders are reminded that with regard to the trading update which was also
published on 23 February 2004, shareholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in their securities until the company publishes its annual
results on SENS and in the press.
