Pangbourne is involved in discussions with a party unrelated to those referred
to in such announcement that, if successfully concluded, may have an effect on
the price at which Pangbourne combined units trade. Combined unitholders are
therefore advised to continue to exercise caution when trading in their
Pangbourne combined units until a further announcement is made.
