Further to the Masonite preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2003
("preliminary results") published on the Securities Exchange News Service on 23
February 2004, shareholders are advised that the Masonite annual report for the
year ended 31 December 2003 was posted today and contains no material
differences to the information presented in the preliminary results.
Information regarding the annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of Masonite will be
held at 12h00 on Thursday, 27 May 2004 at 13th Floor, Nedbank Centre, Durban
Club Place, Durban to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
