RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Thabex herewith announces that both resolutions relating to the approval of the
agreement to dispose of the entire issued share capital of the Company"s wholly
owned subsidiary, Platinexco (Proprietary) Limited, were unanimously approved by
shareholders present in person and represented by proxy at the general meeting
held on 5 May 2004.
To date AIM has not exercised their option to acquire Platinexco. Shareholders
will be notified immediately if and when AIM exercises the option as described
in the Circular to Shareholders dated 13 April 2004.
