RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF HARMONY
Shareholders of Harmony ("shareholders") are referred to the notice of general
meeting issued on 15 April 2004 and are advised that at the general meeting of
the company held at Harmony"s Corporate Office on Friday, 7 May 2004, all the
resolutions necessary to approve the specific issue of convertible bonds in
order to raise R1,700 million were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
Subject to closing, it is expected that the convertible bonds will be issued on
21 May 2004.
