The Board advises that the group"s annual report in respect of the year ended 29
February 2004 will be despatched to shareholders today, 12 May 2004.
The group"s abridged audited financial statements for the year ended 29 February
2004 were published on SENS on 5 April 2004 and in the press on 6 April 2004.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Datacentrix will be
held at the registered office (Block 7, Sanwoodpark, 379 Queens Crescent,
Lynnwood, Pretoria) on Wednesday, 9 June 2004 at 10h00 to transact the business
as stated in the notice of annual general meeting included in the annual report.
