CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, Delta shareholders are informed that Mr P G
Joubert has stepped down as Chairman of Delta with immediate effect and will
remain as an independent non-executive director of Delta.
As a result of the above, Mr T Atkinson, currently a non-executive director of
Delta, will assume the role of Chairman of Delta with immediate effect.
Shareholders are reminded that Mr D J Gleeson, an independent non-executive
director of Delta, who retired by rotation in terms of the Articles of
Association, did not make himself available for re-election and consequently has
retired from the Board as of today.
