CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, Glotec is pleased to announce that Mr Marc
Scheepbouwer has been appointed as an executive director with effect from 11 May
2004.
Marc is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Global Technology Business
Intelligence ("GBI"). Under Marc"s leadership GBI has displayed strong growth
and profitability in 2003 and is currently a major contributor to the group.
Marc has been instrumental in GBI"s success due to his substantial experience in
the Business Intelligence market and strong customer relationships which have
been developed over the past 10 years.
