ADOPTION OF THE RESILIENT UNIT PURCHASE TRUST ("THE TRUST")
Resilient linked unitholders are advised that a circular has been posted today
regarding the adoption of the trust.
A general meeting of Resilient linked unitholders will be held at 11:00 on
Wednesday, 2 June 2004 in order that the proposed ordinary resolutions necessary
for the adoption of the trust be put to Resilient linked unitholders for
approval.
Copies of the aforementioned circular may be obtained during normal business
hours from today until Wednesday, 2 June 2004 from the company"s registered
office, being 57 6th Road Hyde Park, Johannesburg.
