Shareholders of Super Group are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 8
April 2004 regarding an empowerment transaction that will result in Peu
acquiring an equity holding of 25.1% in Super Group.
Shareholders of Super Group are advised that the requisite legal agreements are
still being finalised. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when trading in their securities until a further announcement
is made.
