DISPOSAL OF INTEREST IN GLOBAL RESORTS SA (PTY) LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 3 February 2004 relating to
the disposal of RMBH`s 48,4% interest in Global Resorts SA (Pty) Limited to a
consortium of investors (`the sale transaction`).
The sale transaction was subject to the fulfilment of a number of conditions
precedent.
All conditions precedent have been met and RMBH has received an escalated sale
consideration of R543 million from the purchasers.
