FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 31 March 2004, shareholders are
advised that the negotiations relating to the disposal of Brolink (Proprietary)
Limited and Global Technology Insurance Systems (Proprietary) Limited are still
in progress. Furthermore, shareholders are advised that certain other
negotiations have commenced. Accordingly shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when trading in shares of Glotec on the JSE Securities Exchange
South Africa until a full announcement is made.
