CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE INTENTION OF UCS TO TABLE AN OFFER TO
ACQUIRE THE SHARES IN OR THE BUSINESS OF CS COMPUTER SERVICES HOLDINGS LIMITED
(`CSH`)
The directors of UCS advise that it has informed the board of CSH of its
intention to hold discussions and review relevant information with the objective
of constructing and tabling an offer to acquire the shares in or business of
CSH.
Any offer tabled by UCS will be subject to a detailed due diligence
investigation, which will be conducted if the offer is found to be acceptable.
UCS shareholders are therefore advised to exercise caution when dealing in their
shares until a further announcement is made.
