CHANGE OF AUDITORS
The Board of Grindrod Limited wishes to announce that Morrison Murray have
decided to stand down as the group`s auditors after a 47 year association with
the group. Morrison Murray has made a strategic decision to focus on smaller
unlisted owner managed businesses.
The Grindrod Limited Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Deloitte &
Touche as the group`s auditors with immediate effect. Deloitte & Touche
currently audit the group`s freight and financial services division and with
their knowledge of the group and experience in the shipping industry, the Board
is confident that they will effectively carry out this function.
