The Company held its Annual General Meetings for the years ending 30 June 2002
and 2003 on 30 April 2004 (`the AGMs`).
The Company has pleasure in announcing that all the special and ordinary
resolutions as listed in the notices of general meetings relating to the AGMs
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders and the special
resolutions have been registered.
