ANNOUNCEMENT
During January 2002 a merger was concluded between Glodina and Hellierwood
Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited (`Hellierwood`). This was
subsequently rescinded by Glodina during March 2002.
The board of directors of Glodina are now pleased to announce that a successful
settlement agreement has been reached between Glodina and Hellierwood, which
will result in Glodina recovering the outstanding debt in full.
