Glodina and Hellierwood reach settlement agreement
During January 2002 a merger was concluded between Glodina and Hellierwood Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd. This was subsequently rescinded by Glodina during March 2002. The board of directors of Glodina today (21 May 2004) announced that a successful settlement agreement has been reached between Glodina and Hellierwood, which will result in Glodina recovering the outstanding debt in full.
