RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING AND DELISTING OF CYCAD
Further to the announcement dated 28 January 2004, Cycad shareholders are
advised that, at the general meeting of Cycad shareholders held on Monday, 24
May 2004 (`the general meeting`) the requisite majority of Cycad shareholders
passed the resolutions required to delist the company from the JSE Securities
Exchange South Africa and to allot and issue 50 000 000 ordinary shares of 1
cent each to Mohymon (Pty) Ltd at 1.5 cents per share for cash.
Accordingly 291 795 917 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Cycad
will be suspended with effect from the commencement of business on Monday 7 June
2004 and will be delisted with effect from the commencement of business on
Tuesday, 15 June 2004.
The timetable as released on SENS on 6 May 2004 is still applicable.
