RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The board of directors wishes to advise shareholders that Stan Katz, who
resigned as a director in terms of the articles of association of the company,
was not re-elected as a director at the Annual General Meeting of the company
held today.
Stan will continue to act as the Chief Executive of the operating subsidiaries
of the company.
