RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CHANGE IN CONTROL
Following the announcement dated 30 March 2004 where shareholders were advised
that there has been a change in control of Casey at an effective price of 0,133
cents per share. An application has been made to the Securities Regulation
Panel for a waiver of an offer to minorities, due to the fact that the change in
control has effectively been effected at below the market price of Casey, A
more detailed announcement will be made in due course once formal approval has
been obtained.
Accordingly shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their
securities until a further announcement is made.
