1. Posting of annual financial statements
Further to IST`s reviewed results for the year ended 29 February 2004,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
despatched today and contain no modifications to the reviewed results which
were published on Wednesday, 21 April 2004.
2. Information regarding the annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that the sixth annual general meeting which was
scheduled to be held at 14:00 on Thursday, 17 June 2004 as announced on 21
April 2004, has been postponed to Thursday, 26 August 2004 to commence at
14:00 at the company`s registered office, 221 Garstfontein Road, Menlyn,
Pretoria. The notice convening this annual general meeting forms part of
the annual financial statements referred to above.
