RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING and remaining salient dates
The board of directors of Eersteling advises that at the general meeting of
shareholders of Eersteling held on Friday, 28 May 2004, all the ordinary and
special resolutions, as specified in the notice of meeting dated Tuesday, 4 May
2004, were passed by the requisite majorities.
The special resolutions have been lodged with the Registrar of Companies for
registration.
Shareholders are reminded of the following salient dates :
2004
Last day to trade in Eersteling shares on Friday, 4 June
JSE and no dematerialisation or
rematerialisation of Eersteling shares will
take place after this date
Suspension of trading in Eersteling shares Monday, 7 June
on JSE from the commencement of trade
Record Date Friday, 11 June
Dematerialised shareholders will have their Monday, 14 June
accounts at their CSDP or broker credited on
Certificated shareholders will have their Monday, 14 June
cheques posted or electronic transfers made
to their bank accounts provided that the
surrender forms and share certificates or
documents of title are received by Friday, 4
June 2004
Eersteling shares terminated from the JSE Tuesday, 15 June
from the commencement of trade
