Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised that the company has issued its
annual financial statement today 31 May 2004 and will not be publishing an
abridged report as the information previously published in the audited
preliminary results announcement on SENS on 12 May 2004 and in the press on 13
May 2004, is unchanged.
The ninth annual general meeting of shareholders of the company will be held in
the AFGRI Boardroom, Block B2 Knightsbridge Manor, 33 Sloane Street, Bryanston
