CHANGE IN THE ROLE OF THE CHAIRMAN
At a meeting of the Board of InfoWave Holdings Limited held on 28 May 2004, the
Board approved a change in the role of Mr Ralph Collis from Executive Chairman
to Non-executive Chairman effective 1st June 2004.
Mr Collis expressed his ongoing commitment to InfoWave and its customers. He
will maintain a close association with the executive team in order to contribute
to the BEE transformation process and the growth of the group.
This change underpins the Board`s commitment to compliance with the guidelines
of the King II Report on Corporate Governance.
