TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the company`s earnings per share for the year
ending 30 June 2004, will be substantially greater than those for the
comparative period (`substantially` is defined in the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa as being in excess of 30%).
This improvement is as a result of new initiatives focused outside the core
activity of providing facilities to the film and commercial production
industry. While management continues to focus on securing these revenue
streams going forward, we cannot guarantee the future security of these new
earnings streams.
As this financial information has not been reviewed and reported on by the
auditors of the company, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s shares.
