REMINDER TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are reminded that the form of election to:
- receive the Reinvestment Alternative;
- utilize their special cash dividend to take up their entitlement under the
Tanzanite One Group rights issues; and
- accept the TanzaniteOne Offer
must have been received by the Transfer Secretaries by no later than 12:00 on
Friday, 4 June 2004.
Dematerialised shareholders are required to notify their CSDP or broker of their
election in the manner and time stipulated in the agreement governing the
relationship between such Afgem shareholders and their CSDP or broker.
