FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement on 21 May 2004, with regard to the sale
by Impala Platinum Holdings Limited of its entire 83.2% shareholding in he
Company at a price of R2-10 per share, the Company has been informed that the
approval of the Competition Commission has been obtained and all conditions
precedent to the transaction have been fulfilled.
The conclusion of the transaction will result in a mandatory offer being made to
the other shareholders of the Company. Shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution in dealing with the Company`s securities until a further
announcement is made.
