CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
Having served on the BJM board since 8 August 1996, Mr PA Barnard has resigned
as a director of BJM, effective from Friday, 4 June 2004, Mr Barnard, one of the
original founders of BJM, has decided to retire after 19 years of valued service
to the Company.
The Board thanks Mr Barnard for his contribution over the years and wishes him
and his family the very best for the future.
