WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE INTENTION OF UCS GROUP
LIMITED (`UCS`) TO TABLE AN OFFER TO ACQUIRE THE SHARES IN OR THE BUSINESS OF
THE COMPANY AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by UCS dated 1 June 2004
to the effect that they have advised the Board that they have decided not to
proceed with an offer to acquire the shares in or business of CSH.
Since publication of the announcements by EOH and UCS relating to the intention
to table offers dated 18 May 2004 and 20 May 2004 respectively, the Board has
received a number of unsolicited approaches. The Board has established a
formulated process of evaluating the merits of these various approaches and will
keep the shareholders informed of the progress.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing
in the company`s shares until a further announcement is published.
