NOTICE OF SHAREDEALINGS LODGED WITH THE JSE SECURITIES EXCHANGE SOUTH AFRICA IN
TERMS OF THE REVISED LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS PARAGRAPH 3.63

In terms of paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirement of the JSE Securities
Exchange, notice is hereby given that Mr R V Smither, an executive director of
Tiger Brands, has exercised options and disposed of 119 100 ordinary shares in
Tiger Brands Limited, being shares that were beneficially held by Mr R V
Smither.
Details in respect of options exercised are reflected hereunder:

The director`s interest in the transaction is that Mr R V Smither disposed of
34.56% of the total of ordinary options beneficially held by him in terms of the
Company`s share option and share purchase schemes. R V Smither has disposed of
these shares as a consequence of advice that he received that he should
diversify his equity portfolio.
In accordance with the terms of clause 3.66 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Securities Exchange South Africa, clearance to deal was given to R V
Smither, prior to his disposal of the shares by the Chairman of the Board of
Tiger Brands Limited.
