Senior management changes at Gold Fields
Johannesburg, Friday 4 June 2004: Gold Fields Limited today announced the
following changes to the senior management structure of the Group. The changes
will take effect on July 1, 2004.
Adele Cleaver is appointed as senior vice president: Legal Counsel and member of
the Gold Fields Executive Committee. Cleaver replaces Paul Fortin who is to
retire from the Group.
James Nkosi is appointed as senior vice president, Human Resources and
Transformation and member of the Gold Fields Executive Committee. Nkosi replaces
Mike Adan who will assume responsibility for Human Resources, International
Operations.
