FOLLOW-UP ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS OF SUPER GROUP LIMITED REGARDING THE
ACQUISITION OF COMMONWEALTH FLEET LEASE (PTY) LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the Super Group announcement dated 7 May 2004 and
are advised that, following fulfillment of all conditions precedent, S.G. Fleet
Services Australia Pty Limited (incorporated in Australia), a subsidiary of
Super Group, has acquired 100% of the issued share capital of Commonwealth Fleet
Lease Pty Limited (incorporated in Australia) from Leaseway Transportation Pty
Limited (incorporated in Australia), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Commonwealth
Bank of Australia (incorporated in Australia).
