DETAILS OF DISPOSAL OF ALUDIE SHARES AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. INTRODUCTION
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 17 March 2004 and 30 April 2004,
shareholders of Command and Aludie are advised that the board of directors of
Command has disposed of 11 609 812 Aludie shares (`the shares`) to O2 Capital
(Proprietary) Limited (`O2 Capital`), being 34,9% of Aludie`s issued ordinary
share capital (`the transaction`).
2. TERMS OF THE TRANSACTION
2.1 In terms of the disposal agreement, the effective date of the transaction
is 1 December 2003;
2.2 The purchase consideration payable by O2 Capital to Command for the shares
is an amount of R 11 609,81.

The information in the `Before` column has been extracted from the interim
financial results of Command for the six months ended 31 December 2003.
The effect on earnings per share and headline earnings per share has been
calculated on the assumption that the transaction was effective on 1 July 2003.
The effect on net asset value and net tangible asset value per share has been
calculated on the assumption that the transaction was effective on 31 December
2003.
No account has been taken of Capital Gains Tax in the calculation of the
financial effects.
4. SUSPENSIVE CONDITIONS
The suspensive conditions have been fulfilled.
5. WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENTS
The cautionary announcements for Command and Aludie are hereby withdrawn.
