RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of the Company held
in Cape Town on Friday, 11 June 2004, all the resolutions contained in the
notice of the annual general meeting (dated 6 May 2004) have been passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
