APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
PSG Capital Limited is authorised to announce that Mr Ndaba Allan Ntsele, who
was appointed as a non-executive director on 26 August 2003, has been appointed
as non-executive chairman of Digicore with effect from 14 June 2004. Mr Ntsele
is the Chief Executive Officer of Pamodzi Investment Holdings Limited, a
director of Foodcorp Limited and chairman of WesBank First Auto.
Mr Albert Ndleleni Dupree Vilakazi has resigned as non-executive director with
effect from 14 June 2004. The board of Digicore thanks him for his valuable
input and wishes him well in his pursuit of his other ventures.
