RESULTS OF OFFER ANNOUNCEMENT
Cycad shareholders are referred to the circular to Cycad shareholders dated 7
May 2004, which contained, inter alia, details of the offer extended by Mohymon
(Pty) Limited (`Moyhmon`) to all Cycad shareholders, other than Moyhmon, the
holder of 10 000 000 Cycad shares (equal to 3,43% of Cycad`s issued share
capital), to acquire all or any of their Cycad shares at an offer price of 1,5
cents per Cycad share (`the offer`).
On the closing date of the offer, being Friday, 11 June 2004, acceptances of the
offer had been received from Cycad shareholders holding in aggregate 28 228 351
shares, resulting in Mohymon increasing its holding to 13,1% of the issued share
capital of Cycad.
The listing of Cycad`s ordinary shares will be terminated with effect from the
commencement of business on Tuesday, 15 June 2004.
