UPDATE AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by CSH dated 2 June 2004
to the effect that the Board of Directors of CSH had received a number of
unsolicited approaches.
After due consideration the Board is pleased to announce that they have
nominated a preferred bidder and are currently in the process of agreeing the
terms of the process for the finalisation of a transaction with such preferred
bidder. A detailed announcement will be released on SENS and published in the
press in due course.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing
in the company`s shares until a further announcement is published.
