ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DISPOSAL BY RENTSURE`S SUBSIDIARY, RENTMEESTER
ASSURANCE LIMITED, OF ITS BUSINESS OF OWNING AND LETTING IMMOVABLE PROPERTY TO
DAISY STREET INVESTMENTS 127 (PTY) LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 18 December 2003, regarding
the disposal by Rentmeester Assurance Limited (`Rentmeester`), Rentsure`s
subsidiary, of its business of owning and leasing immovable property to Daisy
Street Investments 127 (Pty) Limited (`the disposal`). The agreement, dated 28
November 2003, governing the disposal has lapsed, and the parties to the
agreement have mutually agreed not to proceed with the transaction in its
original format. The company is in the process of pursuing a number of
alternatives with respect to Rentmeester`s properties.
