The JSE Securities Exchange South Africa (`the JSE`) wishes to advise that the
above mentioned listed company has failed to submit its interim report within
the three-months period stipulated in the JSE`s Listings Requirements.
Accordingly, the company`s listing on the JSE SETS system will be annotated with
an `RE`, to indicate that the company has failed to submit its interim report
timeously and that the listing of the company`s securities is under threat of
suspension and possible termination. Should the company fail to submit its
interim report by Wednesday, 30 June 2004, its listing will be suspended.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
