Deutsche Bank AG.  The coupon is 12.5% semi-annual, issue price is 99.78509 to  
give a spread of 240 basis points over the R194.  Payment date 25 June 2004.    
Listing BESA (Bond Exchange of South Africa).  Denominations of ZAR 1 million,  
no definitives.  Std tax.  South African law.  Senior, direct and unsecured     
debt.
